Entrance Hall, Back Hall,Hallway & Stairs
- Removal of all cobwebs
- Clean cornice / curtain rails and picture rails
- Clean and polish mirrors
- Clean and polish windows internally, including sills and ledges
- All upholstery is vacuumed, cushions are moved and cleaned under
- We wipe all doors and on top of them
- We wipe all skirting boards and wood works of dust
- We wipe down the banister, stairway, and railings
- We clean lights switches & lights fittings, plugs, lamp shades, sockets
- We clean behind, inside and on top of cupboards and furnishings
- We dust and polish all flat surfaces
- We vacuum and mop all hard floors
What our end of tenancy cleaning does not include:
- Please note we do not wash nor clean painted walls.
- We don't clean the inside of ovens though this can be arranged at a preferential rate as you are already using one of our services
- Likewise we don't clean the outside of windows tough this can be arranged at a preferential rate as you are already using one of our services
- We don't clean the property’s exterior like gardens and garages or balconies.
End of tenancy cleaning requires your property to be completely empty before our cleaning team moves in to clean it. The reason being it can prevent us from doing a professional clean.
- In case it is impossible your Flat/House to be emptied please ensure that you store your possessions together in a single room or corner.
- The refrigerator will have to be defrosted before we arrive.
- Our service guarantee is valid for 72 hours after the cleaning is done.
