- Please note we do not wash nor clean painted walls.

- We don't clean the property’s exterior like gardens and garages or balconies.
End of tenancy cleaning requires your property to be completely empty before our cleaning team moves in to clean it. The reason being it can prevent us from doing a professional clean.
- In case it is impossible your Flat/House to be emptied please ensure that you store your possessions together in a single room or corner.
- The refrigerator will have to be defrosted before we arrive.
